摘　　要：冠心病是临床常见病,其发病与痰湿体质密切相关。文章从痰湿体质的宏观特征、微观检测(物质代谢障碍、血液流变学改变、遗传基因表达异常、炎症反应及血管内皮损伤)等方面探讨痰湿体质与冠心病发病的关联机制,以期采取合理的干预措施。The pathogenesis of coronary heart disease which is as a clinical disease is related to the phlegm - dampness con- stitution closely. This paper from the macro characteristics of phlegm - dampness constitution, microscopic examination （ substance metabolism, blood rheology changes, genetic abnormal gene expression, inflammation and endothelial damage）discusses the correl- ative mechanism between phlegm -dampness and coronary heart disease, hoping to take reasonable intervention measures.
