地奥心血康对冠心病心绞痛患者运动平板试验的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察地奥心血康胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者运动平板试验参数的影响及治疗效果。方法:对照组50例,硝酸酯类药物及溶栓、降脂、降压、降糖等治疗;观察组56例,在对照组的基础上口服地奥心血康胶囊,疗程28 d,疗后对两组患者心绞痛症状、运动平板试验参数进行分析。结果:观察组总有效49例次(87.5%),对照组总有效36例次(72.0%),差异有统计学意义;疗后观察组运动平板试验阳性7例(12.5%),低于对照组运动平板试验阳性例数14例(28.0%),差异有统计学意义;治疗后观察组的运动时间、运动量、代谢当量,改善缺血性心电图ST-T段变化均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:地奥心血康胶囊可明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者心肌缺血状态。Objective：To study the effect of Di＇aoxinxuekang on treadmill exercise test parametersin of angina pectoris. Meth- ods：There were 50 coronary heart disease angina patients in the control group who treated with nitrates, such as drugs and throm- bolysis ,lowering blood lipid, lowering blood pressure,lowering blood sugar and so on. There were 56 coronary heart disease angina patients in the observation group. The treatment group added Di＇aoxinxuekang. The treatment lasted for 28 days. After 28 days of treatment, the symptoms of angina pectoris in the observation group and control group were analyzed and the parameters of tread- mill test were analyzed. Results：Observation group＇s total effective cases were 49 （87.5%） and the control group＇s total effective cases 36 （72%） （P 〈0.05）. After treatment,the observation group＇s exercise treadmill test was positive in 7 cases （ 12.5% ）, lower than the control group＇ s exercise treadmill test positive in 14 cases （ 28% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the observation group＇s exercise time ,exercise capacity ,metabolic equivalent, improved ischemic ECG ST- T segment changes were better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Di＇aoxinxuekang can obviously improve the state of myocardial ischemia in pa- tients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
