益气养阴汤联合阿托伐他汀钙对老年糖尿病肾病患者β2微球蛋白及胱抑素C水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养阴汤联合阿托伐他汀钙对老年糖尿病肾病患者β2微球蛋白及胱抑素C水平的影响及意义。方法:选取2015年4月—2016年4月于本院以糖尿病肾病为诊断入院的老年患者78例,随机分为两组:对照组39例,予常规治疗;实验组39例,在对照组的治疗基础上加用益气养阴汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。共治疗1个月。观察两组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂、肾功、β2MG、血清Cys-C、hs-CRP、Hcy水平及临床疗效,其结果采用统计学软件SPSS19.0进行分析。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的FPG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、LDL、UAER、Scr、β2MG、Cys-C、hs-CRP及Hcy水平均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组同期比较,实验组的FPG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、LDL、UAER、Scr、β2MG、CysC、hs-CRP及Hcy水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总有效率高于对照组,以上结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤联合阿托伐他汀钙能有效降低老年糖尿病肾病患者的血糖、血脂、β2MG、血清Cys-C、hsCRP、Hcy水平,保护肾功能,临床疗效较佳,值得临床应用、推广。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in elder patients＇ serum β2 microglobulin and cystatin C. Methods：A total of 78 elderly patients who were di- agnosed as diabetic nephropathy from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital on admission were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups ,39 cases in each. The control group received routine treatment and experiment group additionally received Yiqi Ynn- gyin Decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium treatment and 2 groups were treated for 1 month. The blood glucose, blood lip- id ,renal function, β2MG, serum Cys -C ,hs -CRP, Hcy and clinical efficacy were compared in two groups before and after treat- ment. The results were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 19.0. Results：Compared with before treatment,levels of FPG, HbA1 c, TC ,TG, LDL, UAER, Scr, β2MG, Cys - C, hs - CRP and Hcy decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, levels of FPG, HbA1 c, TC, TG, LDL, UAER, Scr, β2MG, Cys - C, hs - CRP and Hcy were lower（ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the total efficiency in the experiment group was higher than thai of the control group. The differences was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with atorvastatin can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid, serum β2MG, Cys -C, hs -CRP and Hcy of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy, protect renal function and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
