健脾化痰活血方对中青年亚临床甲减致认知功能损伤患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾化痰活血方治疗中青年亚临床甲减致认知功能损伤临床疗效,对TSH、RBANS等指标的影响。方法:采用随机、对照的试验方法,观察中青年亚临床甲减患者64例,随机分为中药组、西药组,中药组予健脾化痰活血方,西药组予优甲乐(赛治)观察。结果:中药组总有效率为80.00%,明显优于西药组50.00%(P<0.05)。中药组能降低TSH水平,改善亚临床甲减患者临床症状,还能调整血脂代谢紊乱情况。结论:健脾化痰活血方可以明显提高亚临床甲减的临床疗效。Objective ： To observe the effect of Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Formula on cognitive impairment induced by young and middle - aged subclinical hypothyroidism and its influence on TSH and RBANS. Methods ： Sixty - four patients were randomly di- vided into TCM group and Western medicine group. The former used Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Formula and the latter group was giv- en Euthyrox. Results ： The total effective rate of the TCM group was 80.00%, better than that of the Western medicine group （50. 00% ） （P 〈0. 05）. The TCM group can decrease the TSH level,relieve the symptoms and regulate the blood lipid. Conclu- sion：Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Formula can obviously increase the effect when treating subclinical hypothyroidism.
