活血生肌方干预糖尿病足溃疡的作用及机制

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血生肌方干预糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将本院自2014年1月—2015年10月收集的糖尿病足溃疡患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组在降血糖、扩血管、抗感染、外科常规换药的基础上,治疗组口服加外用活血生肌方,治疗90 d后观察两组溃疡创面面积、分泌物、肉芽生长、愈合率。结果:治疗90 d后:(1)两组患者的溃疡创面大小、分泌物、肉芽生长状况与治疗前比较:各项疗效指标都有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组的疗效指标的改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)溃疡面积:治疗组0 cm2,对照组0.9 cm2,有差异(P<0.05)。(3)溃疡面愈合率:治疗组愈合率为96.43%,对照组愈合率为74.07%,有显著差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:活血生肌方有显著化瘀止痛、消肿生肌,促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合的作用。Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Shengji Recipe on diabetic foot ulcer. Methods ： Sixty patients with diabetic foot ulcer collected from January 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of hypoglycemic, vasodilator, anti - infection and the regional treatment of surgery, the treatment group were orally treated with external Huoxue Shengji Recipe. After 90 days of treatment, the wound area, secretions, granulation growth and healing rate were observed. Results ： After 90 days of treatment ： （1）The contrast of ulcer wound size, secretionsand granulation growth status ： the indexes were significantly improvedand the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of therapeutic index in treatment group was better than that in control groupand the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. （2）Ulcer area ： the ulcer of the treatment group was 0 cm2 and that of the control group was 0.9 cm2. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （3）Ulcer healing rate ：the healing rate of the treatment group was 96.43% and that of the control group was 74.07%. The difference wasstatistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Huoxue Shengji Recipe can significantly remove blood stasis, relieve pain, reduce swelling, promote muscleand the healing of diabetic foot ulcer.
