益气活血方药联合西药治疗冠心病心气虚证临床研究  

Yiqi Huoxue Formula Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Angina Pectoris Efficacy of Heart Qi Deficiency Syndrome

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血方药联合西药治疗冠心病心气虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例中医辨证为冠心病心气虚证的病人,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服中药益气活血方药,疗程为4个周。治疗后观察两组心绞痛症状、心电图表现以及心功能改善情况。结果:治疗组、对照组心绞痛症状改善的总有效率分别为86.7%、76.7%(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组心电图改善的总有效率分别为90.0%,73.3%(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方药治疗冠心病心绞痛之心气虚证有确切疗效,与冠心病内科常规治疗用的西药具有协同增效的作用,能够明显提高临床疗效,发挥了中医药的优势和特色。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of western medicine and Yiqi Huoxue Formula in patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency syndrome. Methods：Sixty cases of coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 patients and the control group 30 patients. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment （ nitrates, calcium channel blockers, 13 - blockers etc. ）. The treatment group on this basis,added Yiqi Huoxue Prescription for 4 weeks. Angina symptoms, ECG and heart function improvement were observed after treatment. Results ：The treatment group and the control group＇s symptoms of angina total efficiency was 86.7% and 76.7% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, respectively. The treatment group and control group＇s ECG total effective rate was 80.1% and 69.3%, respectively（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Huoxue Formula of angina pectoris of heart qi deficiency has exact effect. The conventional medical thera- py and coronary heart disease have a synergistic effect with western medicine and can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
