摘 要:M85甲醇汽油和高密度聚乙烯阻隔防爆材料在50℃下进行模拟储存试验,对比实验前后甲醇汽油酸度、胶质的变化,HDPE阻隔防爆材料表面形貌、压缩强度的变化,研究加入导电剂和阻燃剂的聚乙烯阻隔防爆材料与甲醇汽油长期共存期间是否存在潜在的不相容风险。结果表明:浸泡过材料的油样与平行储存的油样相比外观色度保持不变,M85甲醇汽油的酸度和实际胶质等指标变化极小,不会影响甲醇汽油品质。高密度聚乙烯阻隔防爆材料与M85甲醇汽油共存后,其表观外貌以及压缩强度基本保持不变。The simulated storage experiment of M85 Methanol gaso- lineand high-density Polyethylene(HDPE) explosion suppression- material was carried out at 50 ℃.The changes of acidity and colloid of Methanol gasoline, and the surface topography of HDPE were observed before and after the experiment. The risk of incompatible between Methanol gasoline and polyethylene barrier material which has conductive agent and flame retardant was researched. The results showed that compared with the parallel storing oil sam- ple, the oil-soaked material sample had the same exterior color. The acidity and the actual colloid of the M85 Methanol gasoline hardly changed and it would not affect the quality of M85 Methanol gasoline. The storage of M85 Methanol gasoline with HDPE does not change the appearance and the compressive strength of the HDPE.
