摘 要:以国家知识产权局公布的中国专利数据库为数据源,设定关键词进行检索,分析国内公开的磷酸铵盐灭火剂专利的申请趋势、申请人、技术领域、专利法律状态等,揭示磷酸铵盐灭火剂的竞争态势及发展方向。对比美国专利数据库、欧洲专利数据库、德温特专利数据库、日本特许厅公布的专利信息,重点对磷酸铵盐灭火剂的构成成分进行研究。磷酸铵盐灭火剂的研究正在向改变主要原料、改变产品粒度的方向发展。With Chinese Patent Database published by State Intel lectual Property Office as data source, the trends, applicant, tech- nical field and law states of patent on ammonium phosphate fire ex- tinguishing agent published in our country were analyzed by retriev- al with certain key words. The competition situation and direction on development of Ammonium Phosphate fire extinguishing agent were revealed. Compared with U.S. Patent Database, European Patent Database, Derwent Innovations Index and the patent infor- mation published by Japan Patent Office, the composition of Am- monium Phosphate fire extinguishing agent was researched. It was found that the research on Ammonium Phosphate fire extinguishing agent is mainly the change of raw material and particle size.
