FRAME在高层建筑火灾风险评估中的应用

摘　　要：根据FRAME法,从建筑物及室内物品、室内人员和室内活动3个方面,综合考虑建筑内人员安全疏散的性能设计和建筑构件耐火的性能设计的工程技术参数,建立准确量化的高层建筑火灾风险评价指标体系,并分别计算其潜在火灾风险、可接受水平和保护水平。使用该方法计算某高层展厅建筑物的火灾风险,结果表明,该高层展厅建筑物及室内物品火灾风险等级为"中度",室内人员火灾风险等级为"高度",室内活动火灾风险等级为"轻度"。According to the method of FRAME（Fire Risk Analysis Method for Engineering）, from three dimensions of buildings and indoor items, indoor persons and indoor activities, established fire risk evaluation index system of high-rise buildings. The evaluation index system considered engineering and technical parameters of safety evacuation and fire-resistance of building component. The potential fire risk, acceptable fire risk level and protective level were calculated separately. The method was used to calculated the fire risk of an exhibition hall in high rise building, and the results showed that, the building and indoor items fire risk is ＂medium＂, indoor persons fire risk is ＂high＂, while indoor activities fire risk is ＂light＂.
