摘 要:准确地对大型火电机组辅助设备进行评价,可有效加强火电厂的设备管理,提高其安全性和经济性。该文提出一种基于Vague集的大型火电机组辅助设备运行可靠性评价策略。首先结合TOPSIS法将辅助设备运行数据转化为Vague集,然后根据两种综合集成赋权法获得两组不同组合权重,最后应用IFHAA算子对Vague值进行加权集结,对各辅助设备运行可靠性进行评价和排序。以中电联公布的2011年全国200 MW及以上机组的辅助设备运行数据为实例,利用该评价策略对5种主要辅助设备运行可靠性进行综合评价。结果表明:基于Vague集的火电机组辅助设备可靠性评价结果更为科学合理,可用于电力企业设备可靠性管理。The accurate assessment of the operating reliability of auxiliary equipment for large thermal power units can effectively strengthen equipment management of thermal power plants, and improve the safety and economy. The evaluation strategy for the operating reliability of auxiliary equipment for thermal power units based on Vague sets was proposed. Firstly, the operating data of auxiliary equipment was converted into the fuzzy quantity on Vague sets, combining with the TOPSIS method. After acquiring two groups of combined weights according to two combination weighting methods, the operating reliability of auxiliary equipment was evaluated and ranked by adopting the IFHAA operator for weighting assembly of Vague values. On the basis of the operating data of auxiliary equipment for nationwide 200 MW and above thermal power units in 2011 published by the ITU, a comprehensive evaluation of operating reliability of 5 kinds of auxiliary equipment was carried out, combining with this evaluation strategy. The results show that the reliability evaluation of auxiliary equipment for thermal power units based on Vague sets are more scientific and reasonable, and the evaluation strategy can be used in the reliability management of power equipment.
