摘 要:在室温和200℃条件下,通过单轴拉伸和杯突试验研究变形速度(1 mm/min,30 mm/min,90 mm/min,200 mm/min)对5182铝合金成形性能的影响,并通过光学显微镜观察金相组织。在室温低变形速度下成形,由于拉伸过程中发生了动态应变时效,拉伸应力-应变曲线呈锯齿状,在200℃下动态应变时效消失,得到光滑应力-应变曲线。在室温下,随变形速度的增加,杯突值由7.8 mm增加到8.4 mm;在200℃下,杯突值随变形速度的增加而减小,变形速度为1 mm/min,得到最大杯突值10.5 mm,相比室温的提高了34.6%。The effect of strain rate ( 1 mrn/min, 30 mrn/min, 90 mm/min, 200 mm/min) on the formability of 5182 aluminum alloy sheet at room temperature and 200℃ was studied through the Erichsen cupping tests and uniaxial tensile tests. The microstructures were char- acterized by optical microscopy (OM). As dynamic strain aging appeared in the tensile process at a low strain rate, serrated stress-strain curves were observed at room temperature. The dynamic strain aging disappeared and smooth stress-strain curves were obtained at 200℃. At room temperature, the Erichsen value increased from 7.8 mm to 8.4 mm as strain rate went up. At 200℃, the Erichsen value decreased as strain rate went up. When the strain rate was 1 mm/min at 200℃, the maximum Erichsen value 10.5 mm was obtained, 34.6% higher than that obtained at room temperature.
