摘 要:目的:观察败黄肝宁合剂联合思美泰治疗肝硬化黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将100例肝硬化黄疸患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用常规护肝对症支持疗法加思美泰片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加败黄肝宁合剂口服治疗。观察两组临床疗效及相关生化指标(TBIL、ALT)的变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为72.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TBIL、ALT治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:败黄肝宁合剂联合思美泰治疗肝硬化黄疸有较好疗效,较单用思美泰治疗能更好地消退黄疸、促进肝功能恢复。Objective : To investigate the clinical effect of Baihuang Ganning mixture conrbined with Transmetil in the treatment of jaundice in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods:A total of 100 cirrhotic patients with jaundice were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conven- tional liver- protecting symptomatic treatment combined with oral Transmetil tablets, and those in the treatment group were given oral Baihuang Ganning mixture in addition to the treatment for the control group. The clinical outcome and related biochemical parameters, total bilirubin (TBil)and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), were observed in both groups. Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group (90. 0% vs 72. 0% ,P 〈0. 05). Both groups had significant changes in TBil and ALT after treatment and there were significant differences in TBil and ALT after treatment between the two groups (P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion : Baihuang Ganning mix- ture combined with Transmetilhas good effect in the treatment of jaundice in patients with liver cirrhosis, and compared with Transmetil alone ,it can better eliminate jaundice and promote the recovery of liver function.
