摘  要:目的:建立Runjin医用球囊导管制作高成功率的大鼠胸腹主动脉损伤后血管再狭窄的动物模型。方法:采用Runjin医用球囊导管造成血管内皮损伤后,再进行组织形态学检测,分别观测各组大鼠血管内膜损伤后的再狭窄情况。结果:术后7d组与假手术组各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后14d组及术后21d组可见明显的血管内膜增生狭窄,其中以14d组狭窄最明显。结论:采用Runjin医用球囊导管建立模型效果明显,且以14d为此模型的最佳观察点。Objective : To investigate the establishment of a rat model of vascular restenosis after thoracoabdomihal aortic injury using Runjin medical balloon catheter. Methods:Runjin medical balloon catheter was used to induce vascular endothelial injury, and then histomorphological examination was performed to observe vascular rest- enosis after intimal injury. Results : There were no significant differences in related indices between the 7 - day post- operative group and the sham - operation group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Both 14 - and 21 - day postoperative groups had marked intimal hyperplasia and stenosis, and the 14 - day postoperative group had signifieantly greater stenosis than the 21 - day postoperative group. Conclusion: Runjin medica] balloon catheter has a good effect in establish the model, and 14 days is the best time for observation.
