摘 要:高精度卧轴矩台平面磨床主轴系统的热变形是影响磨削加工精度的主要因素之一。为研究主轴系统温度分布随时间的变化规律,采用ABAQUS软件建立了高精度卧轴矩台平面磨床主轴系统的有限元模型,分析了对流换热系数对主轴系统达到热平衡时间的影响,以及主轴系统的瞬态温度场。通过试验对仿真进行验证,两者误差较小,有较好的一致性。增大主轴系统外表面对流换热系数有助于减小主轴系统的温升,并缩减主轴系统达到热平衡的时间,基于此提出了改善主轴系统热特性的措施。The thermal deformation of the spindle system in high precision horizontal surface grinding machine is one of the main factors that affect the grinding accuracy. In order to study the regular pattern of the temperature distribution of the spindle system that varied with time, the finite element model of the spindle system of the high precision horizontal surface grinding machine was established by using ABAQUS software. The influence of coefficient of convective heat transfer on the time when the spindle system reached its thermal balance including the transient thermal field of the spindle system was analyzed. Through the test to verify the simulation, the difference between the two cases is small, which shows a good consistency. Increasing the convective heat transfer coefficient of the outer surface of the spindle system may help to reduce the temperature rise of the spindle system and reduce the time when the spindle system reaches the heat balance. Based on this, the measures to improve the thermal characteristics of the spindle system may be set forth.
