摘　　要：针对传统变速器润滑试验台存在的诸多弊端,结合湿式双离合变速器的结构与工作原理,提出了一种具有结构紧凑、操作观察方便、振动小、可有效锁止、支持拖曳扭矩测量、方便高低温环境试验仓集成等优点的润滑试验台方案。对湿式双离合变速器润滑试验的方法和结果评估进行了讨论,为湿式双离合变速器的研发提供参考。Aiming at the shortcomings of the test bed for traditional transmission lubrication, in combination with the structure and working principle of the wet-type double clutch transmission, proposed a lubrication test bench that had the advantages of compact structure, easy operation ＆ observation, small vibration, effective locking, support for drag torque measurement, convenience for integration of high and low temperature environmental test chambers etc. The test means and outcome for lubrication of wet-type double clutch transmission were evaluated and discussed in order to provide a reference for the development of wet-type double clutch transmission.
