摘　　要：随着全民健身理念的深入人心,全民健身逐渐成为体育类大学生就业的主要领域,但是目前全民健身领域为体育院校运动人体科学专业毕业生带来的就业机会有待挖掘。以运动人体科学专业学生为例,探讨运动人体科学专业本科毕业生在全民健身领域内的就业现状,同时从社会、高校及学生等多角度分析体育院校运动人体科学专业学生面向全民健身领域就业的制约因素,并提出开拓就业渠道的建议。As national fitness concept is more and more popular among the people, national fitness has become the main field of employment for sports graduates. However, the demand for professional talents of human movement science in the field has not been satisfied and the opportunities of employment need to be developed fully. In this research, the employment status of human movement science graduates in the field of national fitness was analyzed and restrictive factors were discussed from the perspectives of society, institutions of higher education and graduate themselves, based on which the suggestions were given on expanding employment channels.
