摘 要:为调查河南省鸡源性肺炎克雷伯菌的分子流行特点和耐药性分布,本研究从鸡场环境、兽医临床和市售鸡肉中分离鉴定得到肺炎克雷伯菌53株。采用多位点序列分型技术进行分子特征调查;同时采用K-B纸片扩散法和肉汤稀释法测定这些菌株对12种常用抗生素的敏感性。结果显示,53株肺炎克雷伯菌分离株分为15个ST型,其中ST258和ST1466为单独的分子型,而ST23和ST137归为一组,其余11个ST型归为一组,属于克隆复合体CC347。药敏试验表明,53株分离株对加替沙星、亚胺培南均敏感,对其它10种常用抗生素的耐药率为7.55%~71.70%,多重耐药菌株占49.06%,不同ST型的菌株耐药表型有一定差异。本研究表明河南省流行的鸡源肺炎克雷伯菌分子型存在差异,并且耐药谱表现为多重耐药趋势。A total of 53 Klebsiella pneumoniawere isolated from disease chickens and environment of poultry farms in Henan province. The method of K-B disk diffusion was used to detect antibiotics susceptibility and multilocus sequence typing was used to analysis the molecular epidemic characteristic of all isolates. The results showed that 53 isolates clustered into 15 ST types. 11 ST type belonged to the CC347 clonal complex. But ST258 and ST1466 were two individual gene types. The drug susceptibility results showed that the resistant rate of 53 K.pneumonia isolates to 12 antibiotics were from 7.55% to 71.70%. Multi-drug resistant strains were 49.06%. K.pneumonia isolated from chicken has genetic diversity, and emerging multiple-drug resistance tendency.
