摘 要:通过宏观织构分析、能谱分析、显微组织观察和显微硬度测试,研究了中间退火对HTCR5052铝合金再结晶过程的影响。实验结果表明,经480℃保温8 h中间退火的5052铝合金冷轧板材再结晶激活能显著降低,完成再结晶所需时间较短;HTCR5052合金板材中间退火后形成的立方取向晶粒在冷轧过程中并未完全旋转至轧制方向,残留的立方取向晶粒促进了再结晶过程完成。Effect of intermediate annealing on recrystallization of HTCR 5052 aluminum alloy was investigated by means of macrotexture analysis, EDS analysis, OM observation and micro hardness test. The results indicate that the recrystallization activation energy of the cold rolled 5052 aluminum alloy sheet annealed at 480 ℃ for 8 h is significantly decreased and the time required for recrystallization of the cold rolled sheet is shorter. The cubic oriented grains formed during the intermediate annealing of HTCR5052 alloy sheets have not been completely rotated to the rolling direction during the cold rolling process, and the residual cubic oriented grains can obviously promote the recrystallization process.
