摘  要:针对热水器内胆搪瓷用钢焊缝处的漏水问题,对RST330钢板基体和焊缝组织的力学性能,涂搪性能,氢渗透性能,第二相分布进行对比分析,探讨基体组织与焊接组织涂搪性能差异的机理。结果表明:焊缝处的应力集中,组织不均匀会在一定程度上造成其涂搪性能较差,抗鳞爆性能较差;同时,焊缝处因含较少的第二相粒子,固氢陷阱较少,其贮氢性能较差,是导致焊缝处瓷层鳞爆的另一个重要原因。In order to solve the problem of water leakage at the weld joint of enamel steel, the mechanical property, enameling property, hydrogen permeation performance and second phase distribution of RST330 steel and its weld joint were studied, the mechanism of difference in enameling property between base steel and its weld joint was discussed. The results show that the stress concentration and microstructure unevenness of the weld joint will lead to poor enameling performance and poor fish-scaling resistance. Meanwhile, there are less second phase particles in the weld joint compared to RST330 steel, which lead to poor hydrogen storage ability, and this is another important reason of fish-scaling problem.
