摘  要:目的探讨脉络膜裂囊肿磁共振成像(MRI)影像特点及诊断价值,提高对本病认识水平。方法收集我院经MRI检查诊断为脉络膜裂囊肿患者的影像学资料,分析MRI影像特点。结果 21例患者均为单发,右侧颞叶15例,左侧颞叶6例。囊肿长轴和脉络膜裂走行方向平行,横断位多为圆形、椭圆形、三角形及泪滴状,冠状位及矢状位部分为双凸透镜形、箭头样或梭形,呈脑脊液信号,周围脑实质无异常信号,增强扫描病灶及周围脑实质无强化。病灶最小者直径为5 mm,最大者囊肿体积为13 mm×19 mm×25 mm。结论脉络膜裂囊肿具有一定的好发部位及MRI表现特点,MRI检查能为临床提供有价值的诊断依据,减少误诊、误治的发生。Objective To investigate the characteristics and diagnostic value of MRI images features of choroid fissure cysts, and to improve the knowledge level of this disease. Methods The imaging data of the patients with choroid fissure cysts diagnosed by MRI in our hospital were collected, and the characteristics of MRI images were analyzed. Results Twenty-one patients, whose cysts were solitary, 15 cases were located in right temporal lobe,and 6 cases in left temporal lobe. The long axis of the cyst and the choroid fissure were parallel to each other. The trans- verse section showed round, oval, triangular and teardrop shaped. The coronal and sagittal sections showed biconvex lens shaped, arrow like or spindle, with a signal of the cerebrospinal fluid ,surrounding brain parenchyma there was no abnormal signal, by enhanced scan brain parenchyma had no enhancement. The minimum diameter of the lesion was 5 mm, and the largest cyst volume was 13 mm×19 mm ×25 mm. Conclusion Choroid fissure cyst has its prefered location and MRI features, MRI examination can provide valuable diagnosis basis for clinical, and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis, mistreatment.
