胰管结石的CT和磁共振成像诊断及分型

摘　　要：目的探讨胰管结石的CT和磁共振成像(MRI)的诊断及分型。方法回顾性分析本院2015年3月至2016年5月之间收集的10例胰管结石患者的CT及MRI的影像资料,对胰管结石的影像征象进行分析总结。结果本组10例患者中,Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型3例。CT表现为胰管走形区结节状高密度影,部分胰管呈不同程度扩张。MRI表现为不同程度扩张的胰管内见结节状低信号充盈缺损影,增强扫描未见强化。2例合并急性胰腺炎患者CT和MRI表现为胰腺肿胀、胰腺周围见条片状、条带状液性渗出改变。结论 CT和MRI对胰管结石的诊断及分型有十分重要的价值。Objective To study the diagnosis and classification by CT and MRI for pancreatic duct calculus. Methods Retrospectively analyze the imaging of CT and MRI of 10 cases with pancreatic duct stones from March 2015 to May 2016. Results Of 10 cases, there were 5 cases with Ⅰ type, Ⅱ type in 2 cases,Ⅲ type in 3 cases,with CT manifestations as the duct-shaped nodular high density, some of the pancreatic duct showed varying degrees of expansion ,while MRI showed varying degree of dilatation of the pancreatic duct, no enhancement by enhanced scan. For 2 cases complicating with acute pancreatitis , CT and MRI showed swelling of the pancreas, the sheet around the pancreas, and strip-like exudate change. Conclusion CT and MRI have very important value in the diagnosis and classification of pancreatic duct stones.
