摘　　要：随着动车组的大量投入运用以及开行车次的增加,动车组的运营时间长期保持在较高水平,对动车组可用性指标要求较高,维护时间则要求尽可能压缩。维护时如何快速、准确发现故障点则成为动车组运营部门最为关心的问题。提出了一种快捷筛查制动系统中继阀故障的方法,可以提前发现中继阀故障,避免运营过程中出现中继阀故障影响运营的情况,提高了动车组的可用性。With more and more EMUs putting into application and the increasing of servicing shifts on the schedule, the EMUs have been required with high availability indicator and short shut-down time for maintenance, How to identify the faults rapidly and accurately has become the most concerned point of the operation department. This article proposes a fault screening process for relay valve of brake system, which will make sense to find faults in advance and then to avoid affecting running of the train, as well as to improve the availability of the EMUs.
