摘 要:在TA2基体表面电火花沉积制备WC涂层和CoCr/WC涂层,对比研究两种涂层的形貌、表面粗糙度、厚度、物相组成、显微硬度以及相对耐磨性。研究结果表明:CoCr/WC涂层比WC涂层缺陷少,界面结合较好。WC涂层和CoCr/WC涂层表面粗糙度分别约为7.887μm和7.445μm。WC涂层和CoCr/WC涂层厚度分别约为20μm和40μm。WC涂层表面主要由W_2C、TiC和W等物相组成,CoCr/WC涂层表面主要由W_2C、Co_3W_3C和W等物相组成。WC涂层表面和CoCr/WC涂层表面显微硬度值最大分别达970HV和1040HV。WC涂层和CoCr/WC涂层的相对耐磨性分别为2.5和3.2。制备WC涂层和CoCr/WC涂层使基体表面性能发生改变,CoCr/WC涂层的综合性能优于WC涂层。WC coating and CoCr/WC coating were prepared on the surface of TA2 basis material by electro spark deposition. The morphology,surface roughness,thickness,phase composition,microhardness and relative wear resistance of the two coatings were compared. The results show that the CoCr/WC coating has fewer defects and better interfacial bonding than WC coating. The surface roughness of WC coating and CoCr/WC coating is about 7. 887 μm and 7. 445 μm,respectively. The thickness of WC coating and CoCr/WC coating is about 20 μm and 40 μm respectively. The surface of WC coating is mainly composed of W_2C,TiC and W. The CoCr/WC coating is mainly composed of W_2C,Co_3W_3C and W. The highest microhardness of WC coating surface is 970 HV,and the highest microhardness of CoCr/WC coating is 1 040 HV. The relative wear resistance of WC coating and CoCr/WC coating is respectively 2. 5 and 3. 2. WC coating and CoCr/WC coating make the surface properties of the substrate change,and the comprehensive performance of CoCr/WC coating is better than that of WC coating.
