摘 要:为了满足双电机驱动电动车动力系统开发与测试的需求,搭建了基于实时控制器的试验平台测控系统。依据动力系统测试功能的需求,对平台进行了结构设计。基于LabVIEW软件开发平台,设计了平台测控系统软件,并开发了可实现控制部件间控制器局域网络(CAN)通信的平台通信系统。分析了电机特性参数和转矩分配系数对双电机动力系统功耗的影响规律,验证了电力测功机道路负载模拟功能。测试结果表明:所设计的双电机试验平台能进行动力系统部件特性参数试验、转矩分配试验和道路模拟试验,满足双电机驱动电动车动力系统开发与测试要求。To meet the development and test demands of the powertrain system of dual-motor-drive electric vehicle,the measurement and control system for the test platform was established based on the real-time controller. The structure of the platform was designed according to the test function demand of the powertrain system. The software for the measurement and control system of the platform was designed by using Lab VIEW.The platform communication system was also realized to control the controller area network( CAN)communication between components. The influence rule of the motor characteristics and torque distribution coefficient on system power consumption of the dual-motor powertrain system were analyzed,and the road load simulation function of electric dynamometer was also validated. The experimental result shows that characteristic parameter test of power system components,torque distribution test and road simulation test can be carried out on the new test platform,which can be applied in power system research and measurement for dual-motor electric vehicles.
