摘 要:水平封固段的固井顶替效果是水平井固井质量的关键问题,钻井液静切力是影响水平段固井顶替效果的重要参数。文章首先利用Gambit软件建立了300 m长水平段偏心环空数值模型,再利用Fluent软件基于国家超级计算中心天河一号计算平台,数值模拟隔离液顶替钻井液的过程。研究结果表明,在扶正器扶正条件和钻井液静切力调整允许时,尽量提高水平段套管居中度并降低钻井液静切力,可以达到理想的隔离液顶替效率与固井质量。当井眼条件差、扶正器下入困难时,降低钻井液静切力,可以大幅降低偏心环空窄边钻井液滞留,提高隔离液顶替效率和固井质量。当钻井液静切力较高不方便调整时,提高扶正器的扶正效果可以降低或抵消钻井液静切力对顶替的不利影响,提高隔离液顶替效率和固井质量。The slurry displacement in horizontal interval is critical for horizontal well cementing,while the gel strength of drilling fluid is an important parameter affecting the displacement. During the study introduced in this paper a numerical model was first set up simulating a 300m-long eccentric horizontal annulus using Gambit software. Then the displacement process of drilling fluid by spacer fluid was simulated using Fluent software on the calculating platform TIANHE-1A at national supercomputing center. The results show that on the condition that casing centralized by centralizers and drilling fluid in the gel strength range allowed,maximizing the centralization and reducing drilling fluid gel strength can bring about ideal replacement efficiency and cementing quality. If the well condition doesn't allow running centralizers downhole,reducing the drilling fluid gel strength can largely reduce the drilling fluid retention at the narrow bottom annulus,improve the displacement efficiency and cementing quality. While if the drilling fluid gel strength is rather high,not suitable for adjustment,maximizing centralization can significantly offset the bad effects of gel strength on displacement and thus improve cementing quality. The conclusion of this paper can be a guide for the vital theory and field operation.
