摘　　要：基于采煤机工作原理,介绍采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障的诊断方法,包括观察法、资料分析法、振动分析法、信号分析法,从微观、客观两方面分析采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障的原因,并提出减少其故障的方法。Based on the working principals of coal mining machines,this paper analyzes the diagnosis method of shearer rocker arm gear box faults, including observation, data analysis, vibration analysis, signal analysis method, from the micro, reason analysis of shearer rocker arm gear box fault objective two aspects, and puts forward the method to reduce the fault.
