摘  要:以龙芝2号和鹿角灵芝两种无孢灵芝(Ganoderma lingzhi)子实体为原料,95%乙醇超声提取,对醇提物中的三萜进行了分析和体外抗肿瘤实验。结果表明,两种样品的醇提物得率分别为1.8%和3.7%,醇提物中三萜化合物含量分别为0.53%和1.16%;高效液相结果表明,鹿角灵芝中三萜的种类也多于龙芝2号。两种无孢灵芝的醇提物对肿瘤细胞K562和SW620的增殖均有一定的抑制作用,龙芝2号抑制肿瘤增殖的活性优于鹿角灵芝。Fruit bodies (5 g) of two sporeless cultivars of Ganoderma lingzhi, Longzhi NO. 2 (LZ) and Antler-shape G. lingzhi (LJ), were immersed in 20 vols of 95% ethanol and extracted twice with ultrasound (600 W) for 30 min, the resultant ethanol extracts were then concentrated under vacuum respectively. Crude extract yields were 1.8% and 3.7% for LZ and LJ, triterpenoids content of the extracts were 0.53% and 1.16% correspondingly. HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) profiles indicated that ethanol extracts of LJ contained more sorts of triterpenoids. Further experiment indicated that ethanol extracts of LZ showed stronger inhibition to the proliferations of K562 and SW620 cancer cells.
