溶胶-凝胶法制备酶固定膜的工艺方法研究

摘　　要：研究了采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备用于胆固醇生物传感器中固定酶的新型薄膜的工艺和过程 ,经 SEM进行薄膜的表面形貌分析和酶固定及酶膜活力测试实验 。The preparation technique and process of a new type of membrane used in cholesterol biosensor made by sol gel means was studied in this paper. The surface appearance and condition of the new membrane was analyzed through SEM, after enzyme immobilization and activity testing of the enzyme membrane, the immobilized enzyme based in the new membrane was found that it had quite high catalysis activity and excellent stability.
