摘　　要：文章分析了密集型传统民居宜居性改造的主要适应性技术,并主要以密集型准文物类民居个案为例,在满足该类民居保护要求的条件下,提出了低技术、低成本为主的采光日照与通风改造技术方案。研究结果显示,改造方案能够基本满足现代居住要求,主要技术适应性较广,对其他各类传统民居的相应改造也具有参照价值。With intensive quasi cultural relic residences as examples, this paper analyzes the main livability reconstruction technology of intensive traditional residences. Under the condition of meeting the requirements of the class residence protection, this paper expounds the daylighting and ventilation transformation technical solution which is mainly about low technology and low cost. The research finding shows that the reform project can basically meets the requirements of modern living, the main technology has extensive adaptability, and the reform project has reference value for other kinds traditional residences reformation.
