补脾益肠丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补脾益肠丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将98例腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃虚弱证患者随机分为2组,对照组48例口服酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗,观察组50例则以补脾益肠丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗,2组疗程均为4周。比较2组的临床疗效,治疗前后评定症状体征积分与检测胃肠激素胃肠肽(VIP)、酪神经肽(NPY)水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率92.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组腹泻次数、腹痛、大便性状3项积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组3项积分值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组VIP水平均较治疗前降低,NPY水平均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VIP水平低于对照组,NPY水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补脾益肠丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征效果显著,可更好地改善临床症状,并调节胃肠激素。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Bupi Yichang pills combined with clostridum butyricum capsules in treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）. Methods ：Selected 98 patients with diarrhea type IBS and divided them into the control group with 48 cases which was given oral clostridum butyricum capsules and the observation group with 50 cases which was given Bupi Yichang pills combined with clostridum butyricum capsules. Treatment lasted for four weeks. Compared clinical effect of the two groups,and evaluated scores of symptoms and signs and detected levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide（VIP） and neuropeptide y（NPY） before and after treatment. Results ：After treatment, the total effective rate was 92.00% in the observation group,and was 75.00% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Scores of times of diarrhea,abdominal pain and defecate character of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Scores of the three indexes in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. VIP levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and NPY levels were higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. VIP levels of the obsevation group were lower than those of the control group,NPY levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Bupi Yichang pills combined with clostridum butyricum capsules has good clinical efficacy in treating IBS,which can better improve clinical symptom and regulate gastrointestinal hormone.
