活血消癥汤联合西药治疗宫外孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血消癥汤联合西药治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法:选取120例宫外孕患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予米非司酮片合注射用甲氨蝶呤治疗,同时给予抗炎、止血等对症处理,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用活血消癥汤。统计并比较2组保守治疗成功率,记录2组包块消失、腹痛消失、阴道出血停止及血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)恢复时间。结果:观察组保守治疗成功率为88.33%,高于对照组的68.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组包块消失、腹痛消失、阴道出血停止及血β-HCG恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:活血消癥汤联合西药治疗宫外孕,能进一步促进包块消散和血β-HCG恢复,减轻疼痛和控制阴道出血,提高保守治疗成功率。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Xiaozheng tang combined with western medicine for ectopic pregnancy. Methods ：Selected 120 patients with ectopic pregancy and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly with 60 cases in each. The control group was given mifepristone tablets combined with methotrexate（MTX） for injection and given the therapy of anti-inflammation and hemostasis in the meanwhile. The observation group was given Huoxue Xiaozheng tang based on the treatment of the control group. Recorded and compared success rate of conservative treatment of the two groups,and record the time of masses disappeared,bellyache disappeared and vaginal bleeding stopped,and recovery time of β-human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG）. Results：The success rate of conservative treatment in observation group was 88.33%,which was higher than the 68.33% of control group（P〈0.01）. The time of masses disappeared, bellyache disappeared and vaginal bleeding stopped, and recovery time of β-human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG） in the observation group was all shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion：Huoxue Xiaozheng tang combined with western medicine can further promote the disappearance of masses,recovery of blood β-HCG,pain relieve, and control vaginal bleeding in treating ectopic pregnancy, which can improve success rate of conservative treatment.
