隔物灸贴敷气海穴促进无痛人流术后康复临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔物灸贴敷气海穴对无痛人流术后康复的促进作用。方法:选取110例行无痛人流术的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组术后给予头孢克洛缓释胶囊及益母草颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用隔物灸贴敷气海穴,2组均治疗6天。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价术后疼痛程度,记录疼痛消失时间和子宫出血情况。结果:术后15 min,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后30 min和术后45 min,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。术后当天,2组子宫出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后第3天和术后第7天,观察组的子宫出血量均少于对照组(P<0.01)。术后观察组疼痛消失时间和子宫出血停止时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:无痛人流术患者在口服头孢克洛缓释胶囊及益母草颗粒治疗治疗基础上,加用隔物灸敷贴气海穴能减轻疼痛,缩短疼痛消失时间和阴道流血时间。Objective：To observe the promoting effect of indirect moxibustionon Qihai point for postoperative rehabilitation after painless induced abortion. Methods ：Selected 110 cases of patients after painless induced abortion and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cefaclor sustained release capsules and leonurus granules, while the observation group was additionally treated with indirect moxibustionon Qihai point. Both groups received treatment for 6 days. Evaluated postoperative pain degrees by visual analogue scale（VAS）,and recorded the disappearance time of pain and uterine bleeding. Results ：Compared VAS scores in both groups15 minutes after treatment,there was no significance in the difference（P〉0.05）. VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 30 minutes and 45 minutes after treatment（P〈0.01）. On the day right after operation,the comparison of uterine bleeding in both groups showed no significance in the difference（P〉0.05）. On the third day and the seventh day after operation,the uterine bleeding quantity in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. The disappearance time of pain and the stopping time of uterine bleeding in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Patients after painless induced abortion who additionally received indirect moxibustionon Qihai point based on the oral administration of cefaclor sustained release capsules and leonurus granules can relieve their pain and shorten the disappearance time of pain as well as uterine bleeding time.
