摘  要:以某台1000MW超超临界二次再热机组回热加热系统为研究对象,基于小扰动理论和等效焓降分析理论,全面考虑两次中间再热、外置式蒸汽冷却器、加热器布置方式和形式等因素的影响,推导出二次再热机组加热器抽汽压损对机组经济性影响的数学模型,该方法形式简单并利于理解。应用此数学模型计算机组在100%THA实际运行工况下,抽汽压损对机组经济性的影响。计算结果表明:抽汽压损使得煤耗和热耗分别增加2.7g/(kW·h)和23.7kJ/(kW·h)。In a 1000MW ultra super critical unit with double reheat regenerative heating system as the research object, based on small perturbation theory and the equivalent enthalpy drop analysis theory, taking full account of the two intermediate reheat, external steam cooler, a heater arrangement and form factors of influence, derived secondary reheat extraction steam pressure loss of heater effect on unit economic mathematical model, the form of the method is simple and easy to understand. The application of the mathematical model of computer 100% THA group in the actual operating conditions. The influence of extraction steam pressure loss on the unit economy. The calculation results show that the consumption of coal extraction steam pressure loss and heat consumption increased by 2.7 g/( kW. h) and 23.7 k J/( kW · h) respectively.
