摘  要:为解决汽轮机排汽造成大量余热及循环冷却水损失的问题,提出了利用热泵系统对排汽余热进行回收利用方案。以N600-16.7/537/537机组为例,设计了机组回收余热系统方案,建立了余热利用后机组热经济性模型,计算了不同工况下机组热经济指标。结果表明:随着机组发电负荷的增加,热泵系统对机组余热回收效益增大;在一定的厂用电率范围内,机组热经济性得到了提高;如果厂用电率大幅攀升,热经济性有所下降,但节省了大量水资源,热污染也有所减少,社会意义比较明显。In order to solve the problem of a large number of waste heat and circulating water loss of the exhaust steam of steam turbine, proposed the use of a heat pump system to recycling exhaust waste heat scheme. In N600 - 16.7 / 537/537 units, designed the system scheme of recovery waste heat, established thermal economic model of after recovery waste heat, calculated the thermal economic indicators under different unit conditions. The results Show that with the increase of the load generating units, the recovery waste heat earnings of payback increased; Within a certain range of auxiliary power consumption rate, the thermal economy of unit improved ; If the power consumption rate sharp increased, the thermal economy declined. The system save a amount of water resources, reduced the thermal poUution and has a obvious social significance.
