摘　　要：厂商租赁是一种借助金融手段促进产品销售的新型装备供应模式,通过对厂商租赁模式的介绍,提出了厂商租赁的优势及运营过程中需要规避的风险,并结合具体应用案例进一步证明了厂商租赁模式在当前煤炭行业的动荡发展期,对于煤炭企业缓解资金短缺,实现设备升级改造以及煤机装备制造商化解过剩产能,扩大产品销售均具有积极的促进作用。Captive leasing is a new type of equipment supplying pattern, which using financial methods to promote product sales. With introducing the captive leasing pattern, this paper summarized the advantage of captive leasing pattern and risks that need to avoid during operation process. Besides, combined with specific application cases, this paper further proved that under the background of current coal market developing this pattern had positive effect on easing the shortage of funds, realizing equipment upgrades for coal enterprises, solving excess capacity and expanding machine equipment sales for manufacturers.
