摘　　要：江西省发改委决定从2016年12月1日起放开新建住宅供配电设施建设收费标准,实行市场调节价。为此,对新余市新建住宅供配电设施建设市场和收费标准放开后的情况进行了调查,新建住宅供配电设施建设收费标准放开后政策落实比较到位,民营电力施工企业市场参与度较高,打破了供电公司市场的垄断地位,但也出现了一些倾向性、苗头性、潜在性问题。基于此,着重对放开新建住宅供配电设施建设收费标准后有关问题进行研究分析,并提出具体的对策建议。Jiangxi Development and Reform Commission decided to open the charging standard for power supply and distribution of new house on Ist Dec. 2016 and implemented market oriented price regulation. Thus, we made a survey on the situation after the opening, and it is found that the policy implementation is better, and the private power construction en- terprises have a higher market participation, which breaks the monopoly status of power-supply companies. However, there are some tendency, emerging and potential problems, based on which, we focus on the related issues after the opening of charging standard and puts forward specific countermeasures.
