摘　　要：人力资本和物质资本是经济增长的两大基础要素,其互动性对经济的长期可持续发展至关重要。结合贝克尔家庭人力资本投资理论对经典世代交叠模型进行拓展,构建一个包含家庭人力资本投资行为的三期世代交叠模型。通过对模型均衡解的分析与讨论,得出人力资本投资与物质资本回报率、劳动力生产弹性以及居民即期消费偏好之间的变化关系,最终获得对两大基础要素互动机理的新认识。Human capital and physical capital are two basic factors of economic growth. It is very important for the long-term sustainable development of economy to interact with the two basic factors mentioned above. Based on the Becket＇s theory of family human capital investment, this paper develops the classical overlapping generation model,builds a new overlapping generation model which contains family human capital investment behaviors, and solves the equilibrium of the new model. Though discussion and analysis of the equilibrium, it is concluded the relation among the human capital investment, the return of physical capital, the elasticity of labor formed productivity and the residents＇ preference to current consumption. Finally, this paper gains a new understanding on the two basic factors of the interaction mechanism.
