摘  要:应用中小型生物质燃烧设备进行农村供暖和工农业生产供能,对于我国节能减排、资源有效利用具有重要意义.制定科学合理的燃烧设备排放标准是生物质燃烧设备行业健康发展的重要保证.分析了目前欧美及我国生物质燃烧设备的排放标准,对比了生物质和煤燃烧小型设备的排放现状.研究表明:欧美小规模生物质燃烧设备排放要求较松,且标准体系较完善;我国目前生物质燃烧设备排放标准主要借鉴其他相关标准,且排放要求普遍较高;小型生物质燃烧设备的污染物排放显著低于相同规模的煤燃烧设备.我国应尽快建立专门针对生物质燃烧设备的排放标准体系,并适当放宽排放要求.The utilization of small-to-medium sized biomass combustion equipments for energy and heat supply in rural China is of great significance for energy saving,emission reduction and efficient utilization of natural resource.Related emission standards would promote the efficient development of the combustion technology.In this paper,the emission standards of biomass boilers in European countries and the United States are analyzed,and the emissions from biomass and coal of small-scale combustion equipments are compared.Results show that:1)Emission limits vary with equipment size in European standards.The smaller size of boiler is,the looser requirements of the emissions limits are.2)Emission limits of small-to-medium sized biomass combustion equipment are not well established in China,which mostly referred to the other related standards and are quite strict.These strict limits would hinder the development of biomass combustion technology.3)Emissions of PM,NO_X,and SO_2 from small size boilers of biomass are significantly lower than that from coal.
