摘  要:分选工艺是影响矿物分选指标的重要因素.在对山东某榴辉岩矿物性质深入研究的基础上,通过磨矿细度、摇床重选、强磁选、电选等工艺试验,确定合理的分选流程为:一次闭路磨矿,分级摇床重选,石榴石强磁选,强磁选中矿、尾矿合并到一起进行两次电选.试验结果表明,该工艺流程可以获得四种精矿:石榴石品位94.36%、回收率79.95%;绿辉石品位79.89%、回收率96.00%;白云母品位94.11%、回收率91.92%;金红石品位85.72%、回收率37.05%.仅产生1.44%的矿泥尾矿,实现了榴辉岩的综合利用.Separation process is one of the important factors affecting mineral separation index.Base on in-depth study in mineral properties for an eclogite in Shandong,we made experiments such as grinding fineness,gravity separation by tabling,strong magnetic separation and electric separation.The reasonable separation process includes a closed-circuit grinding,classification gravity separation by tabling,strong magnetic separation for garnet concentrate,and two electric separations for middling and tailing of strong magnetic separation.The test results show that the process can get four concentrates:garnet,omphacite,muscovite and rutile.Garnet grade was94.36% and recovery rate was 79.95%.Omphacite grade was 79.89% and recovery rate was96.00%.Muscovite grade was 94.11%and recovery rate was 91.92%.Rutile grade was 85.72%and recovery rate was 37.05%.Only 1.44% tailings were produced,and comprehensive utilization for the eclogite was realized.
