摘 要:模块化多电平换流器的桥臂由数百个子模块串联而成,因而换流器中包含大量的开关器件.开关器件过多造成仿真工作量大、仿真速度慢等问题.基于模块化多电平换流器的戴维南等效建模方法,推导元件的等值计算模型,改进元件等值计算中的历史电压源递推公式,省略了元件的历史电压源计算过程中支路电压的中间计算,提高仿真速度.基于改进后的公式重新构建模块化多电平换流器电磁暂态仿真模型,在PSCAD/EMTDC软件中搭建双端MMC-HVDC系统,对比两个系统的仿真结果,验证了建模方法的精确度和快速性.The bridge arm of modular multilevel converters ( MMC) is composed of hundreds of sub-modules which are connected in series. A converter contains a number of switching devices. Too many switches cause excessive workload and slow simulation. This paper further deduces element equivalent model derivation based on Thevenin equivalent modeling method of MMC, which improves the recursive formula of historical voltage source in the calculation of equivalent, and omits subtotal of the branch voltage in the historical voltage source calculation that improves the simulation speed. A double-end MMC-HVDC system in PSCAD/EMTDC software is built to verify the simulation precision and acceleration effect of the electromagnetic transient simulation model, which is rebuilt by using improved formula.
