摘  要:采用TD盐浴技术在小型井式盐浴炉中对Cr12MoV钢分别进行了硼砂盐浴渗钛、铬钛共渗、铬钛复合渗处理。用XRD对渗层的物相进行鉴定,用OM和SEM分析渗层组织,用显微硬度计测试渗层的显微硬度。结果表明:经盐浴处理后,Cr12MoV钢表面可以得到厚的渗层,硬度显著提高,硬度梯度不大。铬钛共渗和铬钛复合渗能得到少量不连续的Ti C覆层,而渗钛工艺只能得到渗硼覆层。The thermal diffusion processes of titanizing, chromtitanizing and complex chromizing-titanizing on Crl2MoV steel substrates were performed in a small pit type borax salt bath furnace. Phases in the coatings were identified using XRD. Microstructures of the coatings were analyzed using OM and SEM. Microhardnesses of the coatings were tested by microhardness meter test. The results show that the coatings on the surface of Crl2MoV steel under different salt bath treatments have the characteristics of high hardness and small hardness gradient. Chromtitanizing and complex chromizing-titanizing can get a small amount of discontinuous TiC coatings, but titanizing process can only get boronizing coating.
