摘  要:对Q345B钢淬火后在450℃进行60 min传统回火和不同温度、不同时间的感应回火处理后空冷,并进行组织观察、硬度测试和夏比V型坡口低温冲击试验。结果表明:Q345B钢感应回火后显微组织更加细小,硬度高于传统回火的5%~20%,而感应回火的低温韧性略差于传统回火。Taking the Q345B steel as the research object, the possibility of induction tempering process replace the traditional tempering process was researched. Two different processes, one is traditional tempering under the 450℃ and 60 minutes condition, the other is induction tempering under different temperature and different time, were adopted after quenching. All the testing Q345B steels underwent air cooling process. By observing the metallographic structure, testing hardness and charpy V-port low temperature impact property, it can be concluded that the induction tempering Q345B test steel can obtain the smaller microstructure, the hardness is 5%-20% better than the traditional tempering steel, but low-temperature toughness is little less than the traditional tempering one.
