摘 要:对于轴封体球铁铸件,分别采用控制压力冒口和均衡凝固理论设计冒口及浇注系统,并运用铸造模拟软件对铸件的充型及凝固过程进行模拟。通过对比两种工艺方案发现,浇注系统及冒口的设计基本相同;对比模拟过程发现,两种冒口的补缩过程不同,但最后均得到无缩孔、缩松的铸件。因此,使用控制压力冒口和均衡凝固理论设计冒口均能起到相同的补缩效果。The riser and gating system of ductile iron shaft seal casting were designed respectively on the basis of pressure controlled riser and proportional solidification theory, and the filling and solidification processes were simulated using simulation software. The designs of gating system and riser were basically the same by comparing the two processes. The feeding processes of the two risers are different, but the final castings without shrinkage and porosity were obtained by comparing the simulation processes. Therefore, the same feeding effect can be obtained when the riser is designed by pressure controlled riser and proportional solidification theory.
