摘　　要：分析了皮带轮的结构特点,对皮带轮进行了铸造工艺设计,选用中注式浇注系统,该工艺方案造型便利。设计的铸造工艺生产的皮带轮铸件砂眼、冲砂、气孔等废品率低,工艺出品率高,产品品质满足客户要求。The structure characteristics of belt pulley was analyzed, then its casting process was designed and middle-pouring gating system was selected. The casting process is convenient in moulding. The rejection rate of belt pulley produced by the process is low such as sand holes, sand washing, blowhole, while the process yield of belt pulley castings is high. As a result, product quality of belt pulley can meet the requirements of customer.
