摘 要:PVC封边条的表面性质直接影响PVC与板材的剥离强度、与水性油墨的附着力等性能,进而影响产品的质量稳定性。本文研究了利用等离子体处理PVC表面,提高其表面的亲水性能,从而提高PVC封边条的表面张力、与板材剥离强度、与水性油墨的附着力等,处理后的PVC封边条明显优于未处理的结果,能够满足实际的使用要求。The peel strength of PVC with wood sheet, as well as the cohesion with water based ink, is controlled by the surface properties of PVC edge banding, which further determines the quality stability of the products. Thereby, in the work, the plasma treatment technology had been used to modify the surface of PVC edge banding in order to improve the hydrophilicity of PVC surface, which would promote the surface tension of PVC, the peel strength of PVC with wood sheet and the cohesion with water based ink. Experimental tests suggested that all the mentioned-above properties of PVC edge banding were better than that before treatment, which can meet the practic demand quite well.
