摘 要:目的:比较不同产地黄芪药材所含有机氯类农药残留量,以此作为指导黄芪药材的出口指标。方法:选取不同产区9批黄芪药材采用气相色谱法检测9种有机氯类农药残留量。结果:样品中有机氯类农药残留量低于《中国药典》(2015版)黄芪药材项下规定,且同一省份不同产地存在着一定差异,甘肃陇西、武都产地多项有机氯类农药残留量相对偏低,山西样品中均未检出。结论:可以得出甘肃、山西、内蒙古等地政府多年来对中药材规范化生产投入的政策扶持工作现已取得了初步成效。Objective: To compare the content of organochlorine pesticide residues in Astragalus Membranaceus from different habitats, which is used as the index of the export of Astragalus Membranaceus. Methods: 9 batches of Astragalus Membranaeeus from different habitats were determined by gas chromatography for the determination of 9 organochlorine pesticides residues. Results: less than Chinese "Pharmacopoeia of organochlorine pesticide residues in samples of Astragalus Membranaceus" (2015 Edition) under the regulations, there are some differences between different provinces and the same origin, quantity is relatively low, a number of Longxi Wudu origin Gansu residual organochlorine pesticides, samples were not detected in Shanxi. Conclusion: it can be concluded that Gansu, Shanxi. Inner Mongolia and other governments have made some preliminary results on the policy support of the standardized production of Chinese herbal medicines.
