呋喃甲醛缩D-氨基葡萄糖Schiff碱及Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与表征

摘  要:在冰盐浴条件下,用醋酸钠调节p H=6~7,以呋喃甲醛和D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐为原料(n1︰n2=1︰1),用乙醇与乙醚的混合溶液为溶剂,合成了呋喃甲醛缩D-氨基葡萄糖Schiff碱及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物。通过IR、UV-Vis、摩尔电导率测定、熔点测定、差热-热重分析等手段对配合物进行了表征,并推断了配合物结构。The synthesis of Schiff base ligand of 2-Furaldehyde condensed with D-glucosamine hydrochloride and along with its copper ( II ) complexes, When n(D-glucosamine hydrochloride) : n(2-Furaldehyde)=1 : 1, under the ice salt bath condition, adjusts pH=6-7 with the CH3COONa, in methanol. These compounds were characterized by IR, UV-Vis, Molar conductance, melting point, DTA-TG and the metallic ion content of the complexes were measured. The possible composition and structures were initially discussed.
