摘　　要：现场混装乳化炸药在使用过程中会出现保质期短、乳化效果差、发泡速度过快或过慢、爆速低等质量问题,不仅直接影响到爆破效果和综合成本,而且会带来安全隐患。文章根据生产实际情况,结合现场原材料管理和生产过程管理经验,分解生产过程中的各道工序,指出控制要点,提出相应的质量控制措施,对提高现场混装乳化炸药质量和稳定性有一定的借鉴作用。It will appear some quality problems in the use of site mixed emulsion explosives, such as short shelf life, poor emulsification effect, and speed of foaming too fast or too slow and low detonation velocity and so on. It not only directly affects the blasting effect and comprehensive costs, and will bring security risks. In this paper, according to the actual situation of production, combined with raw material management and production process management experience, working operations are decomposed in production process, the control points are pointed out and the corresponding quality control measures are putted forward. It will provide certain reference function for improving quality and stability of site mixing emulsified explosives.
