摘 要:往复压缩机输送管系在实际运行过程中通常会产生振动,对安全生产不利。本文对往复压缩机输送管系振动分析与消振改造研究,结果表明往复压缩机自身动平衡性能差、输送管系基础设计有问题、气流脉动和气柱共振是引发管系振动的主要原因,可通过增加平衡质量,合理设置管道支撑数量和支撑点之间距离,缓冲罐结构、在管路中的安装位置及进出口配置方式,增设管架、孔板、脉动气流消振装置等措施来消除或降低振动。从根本上解决管系振动问题,确保往复压缩机安全、正常、稳定运行,同时对攻克如何消除或减轻往复压缩机进出口管气流脉动对管系振动的影响这一行业难题具有十分重要的意义。Reciprocating compressor delivery piping vibrates during the RC running, adverse to the safety production. This paper analysis and research on the compressor delivering and elimination of vibration pipe, the result shows that the reciprocating compressor of its dynamic balance and poor performance of piping foundation design problems, flow pulsation and the gas column resonance is the main reason for the piping vibration, can increase the quality of balance, set a reasonable distance between the pipe support and the number of support points, the buffer tank structure, in the pipeline installation location and allocation of import and export way, pipe frame, orifice plate, the pulsating vibration damping device and other measures to eliminate or reduce the vibration. To solve the piping vibrations problem fundamentally, to ensure the safety of reciprocating compressor, normal and stable operation, at the same time, it is of great significance to overcome the problem of how to eliminate or reduce the influence of the air flow pulsation of the inlet and outlet pipe on the vibration of the piping system in this industry.
