摘　　要：应用Aspen Tech公司的DMCplus和Aspen IQ软件包,在上海石化催化裂化装置上成功的实施了先进控制,开发的五个控制器整体投用的效果良好,控制器的投用率达到了96%以上。先进控制的实施,极大的减轻了操作工劳动强度;解决了部分常规控制存在的问题,重要的工艺参数波动减少在30%以上;提高了轻质油收率。AspenTech DMCplus and Aspen IQ software package is applied in the FCCU of Shanghai petrochemical company successfully and has achieved advanced control. The five developed controllers work effectively as a whole. The utilization rate of controller has reached more than 96 %, The implementation of advanced control greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators, solves some problems of conventional control, reduces the fluctuation of important technological parameters by more than 30 %, and improves the yield of light oil.
